Own a Private Residence on This “Luxury Residential” Cruise Ship

If you’ve ever dreamed of going on a cruise around the world indefinitely, now is your chance.

The new ‘cruise ship community’ Storylines is set to sail in early 2024 in Asia, allowing those that can afford it the opportunity to own a piece of the cruise ship.

If you find yourself going on cruises every year, then it financially makes more sense to own a private residence on the ship, rather than renting it from the company during every cruise.

The ship’s maiden voyage will last a stunning 3 years and visit 6 continents on the planet.

The impressive cruise ship will have 547 luxury residences, all fully furnished and they range from 1 to 4 bedrooms and from 237 to 1,970 square feet.

The ship will also house 20 restaurants, a microbrewery, three pools, a hydroponic farm, 45 resident lounges, a 10-000 book library, a bowling alley, a marina with watercraft access, and a 5400-square-foot garden farm.

One of the biggest cruise ships in the world at 741 feet long and 98 feet wide, you’ll never get bored on this ship.

You have the option to purchase 12 or 24-year lease terms, or simply buy the residence outright and own it indefinitely, or for at least the minimum lifespan of the ship which is 60 years, ownership also transfers to a new ship if this one no longer functions.

Prices are mostly within the $1-$8 million dollar range, however, on the 24-year lease, you can get them for as little as $600,000.

The ship is also a wellness-centered community, with yoga studios, plenty of gyms, and medical clinics focused on weight loss, detox treatment, anti-aging, immune therapies, and nutrition planning.

The vessel aims to be the world’s most eco-friendly cruise ship, running on liquid gas which is more environmentally friendly and emits fewer greenhouse gases than conventional fuel types.

The ship also has a solar-powered, soil-less garden that supplies ingredients for the restaurants and brewery.
